Edward Shenderovich is the founder and Managing Director of Kite Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm based in Moscow. Prior to Kite Ventures, Edward was one of the founding executives and Head of Strategic Development at SUP, a Moscow-based online media company, which runs LiveJournal.com, Gazeta.ru, and other leading Russian media brands. Prior to SUP, Edward was the CEO of Quantum Art, an on-demand online business solutions company he co-founded. Before Quantum Art, Edward worked at Silicon Valley Bank as the Industry Analyst in Communications and Online Services.

Edward is a board member of Ixtens, a multichannel online commerce enabler, Quantum Art, and a number of Kite's portfolio companies. Edward graduated from University of California, Berkeley, and is a fellow and a professor of business modeling at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy.
