Based in Redmond, Julien is responsible for Microsoft’s efforts to partner with emerging software companies around the world, enabling innovative startups and Web professionals to create strategic product, technology and sales alliances with Microsoft. He also manages the BizSpark program at Microsoft. Julien was formerly financial auditor with Ernst & Young in Paris.
