Jean-Louis Constanza joined France Telecom in 2007 to found and manage Orange Vallée, a new entity chaired by Didier Lombard, the Group’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
The aim of Orange Vallée is to identify, develop and market innovative products and services within particularly short lead times. Orange Vallée’s offer will complement the Group’s portfolio on the world’s Internet, mobile telephony and convergence markets. Jean-Louis Constanza was the founder and director of Tele2 in France and abroad, and then of the mobile operator Ten. He remains CEO of Ten, which is currently holding exclusive discussions to welcome France Telecom as majority shareholder. He began his career in 1984 as an engineer at Aérospatiale-EADS and was Associate Director with Arthur D. Little, where he specialised in telecommunications and the Internet as of 1992.
Jean-Louis Constanza was trained at the National School of Aeronautics and Space, and has a Masters in Marketing from the University of Paris-Dauphine as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
